We are looking for:An Accountant to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and reconciliations. The role supports month-end and year-end closing, maintains compliance with accounting standards, and works with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and support daily financial operations.&nbsp;As an Accountant you will:<ul><li>Process and verify daily financial transactions including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.</li><li>Reconcile credit card statements, and intercompany accounts on a regular basis.</li><li>Reconcile vendor, customer, and general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.</li><li>Verify and code purchase orders and expense transactions to appropriate general ledger accounts.</li><li>Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing and posting accruals, prepayments, and adjusting entries.</li><li>Collaborate with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to resolve accounting-related queries (pricing, credit notes, GR/IR, etc.).</li><li>Issue and process Debit and Credit Notes for customers ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.</li><li>Ensure proper coding of stock postings to the correct general ledger accounts.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions.</li><li>Support internal controls by reviewing transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS standards.</li><li>Assist in the migration of master data (vendors, customers, materials, G/L accounts) from the legacy system to SAP S/4HANA.</li></ul>&nbsp;What you will bring:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred</li><li>Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge and practical experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proven experience working with SAP, specifically SAP S/4HANA experience is highly beneficial.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc).</li><li>Good knowledge of Greek &amp; English language</li></ul>&nbsp;What’s in it for you?<ul><li>13th and 14th salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Group Medical Plan</li><li>Discount scheme</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are interested you can apply via our website: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://careers.remedica.eu/job/Accountant/1025-en_GB">Accountant Job Details | Remedica Limited</a>
