Its diversified presence covers the areas of property development,construction, hotels, property management, travel,insurance brokerage, healthcare and education.Leptos Estates, member of Leptos Group, is seeking to recruitan experienced and motivated:&nbsp;Sales Executive (German Speaking)&nbsp;Duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Meet with clients interested in properties and offer them real estate deals</li><li>Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property</li><li>Prepare offers suitable to the clients</li><li>Follow up the preparation of documents such as purchase agreements</li><li>Coordinate the closing of property deals and ensure documents are signed and payment received</li><li>Inspect the property before arranging a visit by clients</li><li>Provide regular reports</li><li>Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property and offer them deals</li><li>Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects</li><li>Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.</li><li>Follow the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services</li><li>Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements for ideal candidates:<ul><li>Preferably based in Paphos</li><li>University degree</li><li>Excellent written and verbal use of German and English language</li><li>Pleasant personality</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Team player and results oriented</li><li>Two years of experience in the Real Estate Industry or Sales</li><li>Maintain and develop relationships with present and prospective agents and key business associates</li><li>Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to travel overseas</li><li>Attend overseas exhibitions and events&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Salary and benefits&nbsp;<ul><li>A highly attractive package is offered according to qualifications and experience</li><li>Excellent prospects for advancement</li><li>Company Car</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Curriculum VitaeApply to:&nbsp; Human Resources DepartmentApostolou Pavlou 111Email: <a href="mailto:vacancies@leptosestates.com">vacancies@leptosestates.com</a>All applications will be treated in strictest confidence
