&nbsp;The Leptos Group is a leading force in the Cyprus economy for over 65 years.&nbsp;Its diversified presence covers the areas of property development, construction, hotels, property management, travel, insurance brokerage, healthcare, and education.&nbsp;Armonia Estates Ltd, Leading Property Developers is seeking to recruit for Paphos an experienced:&nbsp;Civil Engineer&nbsp;Scope and general purpose of the jobSite engineering&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee and direct construction works from start to completion·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Meet contractual conditions of performance·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review the work progress on daily basis·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques&nbsp;Requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University degree in Civil Engineering·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum of five years’ experience in site engineering·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; knowledge of construction processes, means and methods·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with basic software programs, excel, word, project·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Greek and English languagesSalary and benefits·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provident Fund·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent prospects for advancement&nbsp;Curriculum VitaeApply to:&nbsp; Human Resources DepartmentEmail: <a href="mailto:vacancies@leptosestates.com">vacancies@leptosestates.com</a> All applications will be treated in strictest confidence&nbsp;
