We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in electronics, production lifecycle management, and the defence or security domain to lead the development and delivery of advanced dual-use systems. This role bridges engineering, production, and business to ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with operational and market needs.The successful candidate will take ownership of the product roadmap from concept through production, integration, and lifecycle support, working closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teams.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own the product lifecycle from requirements definition through production, deployment, and sustainment</li><li>Translate customer and operational needs into technical product requirements</li><li>Work closely with hardware, firmware, software and production teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance</li><li>Define product roadmaps and align them with commercial and operational strategy</li><li>Manage technical documentation and product baseline configuration</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&amp;D, production, quality, and supply chain</li><li>Support certification, qualification, and acceptance activities</li><li>Interface with defence stakeholders, integrators, and partners</li><li>Track product performance, risks, and improvement opportunities</li><li>Support business development with technical input and product positioning</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in electronics, defence, or high-tech manufacturing</li><li>Strong technical understanding of electronic systems, embedded products, or communications systems</li><li>Hands-on experience with production lifecycle management (from prototype to industrialisation)</li><li>Knowledge of defence programmes, procurement processes, or military standards is highly desirable</li><li>Ability to work with engineering teams and understand system-level design</li><li>Experience with configuration control and product documentation</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Fluency in English (Greek is a plus)</li></ul>Preferred Background<ul><li>Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or related field)</li><li>Experience in defence or security product manufacturing environments</li><li>Familiarity with system integration on platforms (vehicles, UAVs, naval systems, etc.)</li><li>Exposure to compliance, testing, and quality frameworks</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Opportunity to work on advanced defence technologies</li><li>High-impact role with visibility across engineering and leadership teams</li><li>Participation in international programmes and collaborations</li></ul> &nbsp;
